A Best Bail Bonds has been in operation in Carlsbad since 2004. We have assisted literally thousands of people post bail and be released from jail. Municipal, Magistrate, and even Federal bonds can be posted by our office.

One element of our success has been our dedication to customer service prior to, and even after the bond has been posted. We know people have questions regarding their situation, and we are willing to assist them in getting their questions answered. If we don't know the answer, we can generally point in the right direction to someone who does!

Our relationship with our underwriters allows us to do larger bonds that most other bail bond companies can not, or will not do.  Another key to our success is in the fact that, thru this relationship, we can most often times perform large bonds without the need or hassle of collateral!

We are currently qualified to post bonds in the following NM Counties:  Eddy, Lea, Chaves, Roosevelt, Curry, De Baca, Lincoln, Otero, Bernalillo, and Dona Ana.  This list isn't exclusive, of course. If the need arises for us to obtain an inmate's release from another county, qualification is as simple as a fax or email. In addition, thru our insurance carrier, we have access to other agents not only here in New Mexico, but nationwide as well.
